BOOKING & SERVICE GUIDELINES - Mobile Laser Therapy

Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit of at least 50% of the service value is required.
- The deposit must be paid within 8 hours of booking
- Payment details will be provided by the salon coordinator
- Please include the city and appointment date in the payment reference
- Confirmation of payment may be required to finalise your booking
  
  If the deposit is not received within the required time, the appointment may be released to other clients.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment
  Changes or cancellations should be made directly with the salon or booking coordinator.
Arrival & Appointment Rules
- Please arrive on time for your appointment
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the booking
- In such cases, the deposit may be retained
  
  To ensure comfort and smooth service delivery, we kindly ask clients to attend appointments without accompanying persons, including children.
Client Responsibility
If you feel unwell or are unable to attend your appointment, please inform the salon or booking coordinator in advance.
NATURE OF SERVICES
Services available through our booking system are provided by independent treatment specialists, operating on a self-employed basis and cooperating with Mobile Laser Therapy.
Mobile Laser Therapy acts as a service platform and organisational provider, offering access to technology, booking systems, and operational support.
Mobile Laser Therapy is not the direct provider of individual treatments.
SERVICE INFORMATION
All services are delivered as cosmetic aesthetic treatments, focused on improving skin appearance and comfort.
A consultation is carried out before each service to determine suitability.
